They met twice every year. They analyse and approve three years strategic plans including annual action plans aligned with the overall direction set up. They also advocate for the foundation.

National Coordination Staff

(1) Head Office staff in Yaoundé

Mama MOUAMFON, National Coordinator

Mama-photo2Mouamfon Mama serves as the National Coordinator at the Fondation Camerounaise de la Terre Vivante. In this position, he shapes and helps define strategies to implement the foundation goals and to correspond FCTV’s activities with its mission. He provides overall supervision in every Foundation’s endeavour. Mama is a leading Cameroonian Forest and Ecology specialist with expertise in forest management and governance. Mama has a good understanding of community engagement in various environmental and Livelihood programmes and obtained his MSc in 2004 from the University of Yaoundé 1, Cameroon.

Awah KHINJEM, Financial and Administrative Manager

AwahAwah Khinjem is a Financial and Administrative Manager at the Fondation Camerounaise de la Terre Vivante.

Thierry KAMWA, Monitoring & Evaluation Officer

ThierryThierry KAMWA is a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at the Fondation Camerounaise de la Terre Vivante. In this position, he is mainly responsible for the monitoring and evaluation activities being carried out under FCTV’s programmes and projects such as Less Waste, More Wealth, Bush Meat, Solar light bottle. Thierry is also contributing to raise fund through proposals writing. He advocates for the foundation and supports the staff in office procedures. He is very hardworking and holds a Master degree in Private law and judicial careers in 2005 from the University of Douala and has also obtained in 2012 a Master II in Project monitoring and evaluation  from the International Institute of Project Management (CODEV) in Yaoundé. He has experience working with autochtone communities in the East and South regions including with slum communities in urban areas.

Judith TUMA, Financial and Administrative Assistant

JudithJudith TUMA is a Financial and Administrative Assistant at the Fondation Camerounaise de la Terre Vivante.

Issofa PEPAINYENE, Contributor

IssofaIssofa PEPAINYENE serves as contributor at the Fondation Camerounaise de la Terre Vivante. He provides assistance to the staff in identifying grants programmes available and their analyse in order to identify likely funding sources for specific projects and programmes. He previous role at the Foundation was as a Field Officer of the Less Waste, More Wealth Project in charge of raising awareness on the right to a clean environment among slum dwellers and of supporting residents’ and vulnerable people’s groups to advocate for rights for a clean urban environment. Issofa holds a master degree in Agroforestery from the university of Yaoundé 1. He is now in freelance as an environmental specialist providing social and environnemental services for the civil society and the private sector.

Ibrahim Ranenkamen, Driver Officer

IbrahimIbrahim Ranenkamen is a Driver Officer at the Fondation Camerounaise de la Terre Vivante. He ensures provision of reliable and secure driving services to the operations and staff. He has more than 5 years of experiences in such role. Prior to joining the foundation in 2011, he was driver for private individuals. He holds a GCA advanced level of education in electricity from the College de La Salle in Douala.

(2) Douala staff

AZEMAZI Gilles, Project Manager

GillesGilles AZEMAZI serves as a Project Manager of the Mobile Phone Waste Collection and Recycling Project at the Fondation Camerounaise de la Terre Vivante. He supervises and coordinates project activities including collection and sorting operations, reporting and office management; follows up the procedure of transfer of ewaste in France according to the Bale convention. His previous role at the Foundation was as a Volunteer. He is a hardworking and sound environmental protection and preservation militant. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science from the University of Buea. Prior to joining the Foundation, he was an academic internship at the International Centre for Research in Agroforestry (ICRAF) in Bastos, Yaoundé. He is currently a Master II student at the Higher Institute of Environmental Science in Yaoundé.

TAKAM NZOKOU Emmanuel, Traceability and Accounting Officer

emmanuelTAKAM Emmanuel serves as a Traceability and Accounting Officer at the Fondation Camerounaise de la Terre Vivante. He is involved with the Mobile Phone Waste Collection and Recycling Project in charge of ensuring both the entry of daily data resulting from collection and sorting of ewaste and the project cash flow management. In collaboration with the Project Manager, he prepares monthly financial and activity reports on collection and sorting operations. Emmanuel is a very dynamic individuals and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting from INSAM, Douala. He has previously carried out an academic internship at Camlait in 2012 and a professional internship at Caisse Populaire d’Investissement (CPI) in 2015.

Motsa Carine Flore, eWaste Dismantling Officer

carineMotsa Carine Flore is an eWaste Dismantling Officer at the Fondation Camerounaise de la Terre Vivante. In her role, she sorts, packs and stocks eWaste brought in by the eWaste Collection Officers. She is hardworking and working on the Mobile Phone Waste Collection and Recycling Project. She joined the Foundation from Odette Shopping in Mokolo, Yaoundé where she was as a Commercial Officer. Carine holds GCI Ordinary Level.

Roger TALENG, eWaste Collection Officer

RogerRoger Taleng is an eWaste Collection Officer at the Fondation Camerounaise de la Terre Vivante. He performs this role under the framework of the mobile phone waste collection and recycling project. He get ewaste from repairers and phone vendors. Prior to the Foundation, he was Transporter at Voks InterCompany in Douala.

Issah PATOUASSA, eWaste Collection Officer

issahPatouassa Issah is an eWaste Collection Officer at the Fondation Camerounaise de la Terre Vivante. He performs this role under the framework of the mobile phone waste collection and recycling project. He gets ewaste from repairers and phone vendors.
